NWEA MAP app (orange headphone icon) Error Message

When you are trying to test some students are you seeing an error message pop up that says "init files could not be loaded, check your internet connection?" Please take a look at the steps below that may help you.


First thing you can do is preform a Hard reboot of the iPad (Hold power and home buttons for 15-20 seconds until you see the apple logo appear.) This can solve the issue about 80% of the time.


Second thing you can do if the Hard reboot didn't solve the issue is go tot eh home screen and look for a blue and White app called Linewize connect and verify that it shows the student's name because if this doesnt show their name then they wont have internet access. 


If the students name shows and a hard reboot didnt fix it please contact Technology at ext 15000, submit a ticket or send us an email
