ARe you trying to test some students but their Microphone isn't being detected?
You can try to unplug the headphones and plug them back in and this will fix the issue on occasion.
Most of the time though it is a deeper issue than that the first step you can do is Hard Reboot the ipad (Hold power button and Home button for 15-20 seconds until you see the apple logo appear) this will usually resolve the issue
If this still is giving issue after the hard Reboot of the iPad please call ext: 15000, Submit a ticket or send us an email and we will respond as soon as possible.
