This has been a common occurrence in apps like seesaw that need to control / use the microphone. The cause of this issue may be due to an accessibility item called Voice control being set to on. Follow the steps below to check this.
1. Open the settings application
2. On the left side of the screen scroll down to Accessibility and tap on it
3. On the Right side of the screen find "Voice Control" you may have to scroll down.
4. To the right of "Voice Control" look to see if it says "On" or "Off"
If it is on then tap on "Voice Control" and turn it to off
if it is Off then contact your building Help desk Technician for further assistance by submitting a ticket or emailing techhelp@goshenschools.org
