When putting in a ticket, or speaking with tech support the serial number is very helpful. There are three ways to find this on a GCS owned device.
1. On the lockscreen:
2. In settings
a. Tap Settings
b. Tap General in the left column
c. Tap About in the right column
3. This is the last place. ONLY necessary if you cannot power the device on.
It is in the "FINE PRINT" on the back, NOT the school barcode.
