HOW TO SCREEN SHARE SOMETHING TO MY FRONT BOARD AND SOMETHING DIFFERENT TO THE TV'S

You are going to trick your computer into think that you plugged a monitor into your computer. This trick will let you extend your desktop so you can drag a slide show with criteria or learning goals and keep that on the TV while you use your front board for instruction.

  1. Screen Share like normal (See Quick Start Guide, p. 34)

  2. Press the WINDOW Key + "K"

  3. Select one of your TV's from the menu (based on Room number + 1 or 2). Enter the password that appears on the screen.

Now one of two things has happened... either

  • You see the same thing on both screens. If you see things on both screens, go here.

  • Your screen has extended to the TV, and is acting like a second monitor, which is the goal.

  1. Now to get BOTH TV's showing the extended screen... open airtame, and find and pair to the other TV. It will recognize the extended TV and will duplicate it.

If you have a physical second monitor, if you plug that in then do regular airtame, that will accomplish the same goal.
