Have you ever had a nagging suspicion or wondered what your student has been doing on their iPad?
Finding out is easier than you might think.
1. You'll begin by opening the Safari app on the iPad. It looks like this:
2. From there, you will look for the icon that resembles an open book. It is most likely in the top left side of the screen. Selecting it will give you a new pop-out menu with a few options. (To close this new pop-up menu, just click again on the book, which should now be highlighted in blue, as seen in the image.):
3. You will be looking for "History". Depending on the version of iOS installed on the iPad, it may be located in different places or have a slightly different appearance but should always be represented by the analog clock icon. Once you've clicked on this icon, you should be able to see the user's internet browsing history, including search terms entered into Safari as well as sites that have been visited:
