Step 1) Go to the course you want to import your content into and go to settings. The settings tab can be found at the bottom of the list on the left hand side of the screen.

Step 2) Once in the settings look for the "Import Course Content" and click on it. After doing that click on the drop down menu and click on "Canvas Course Export Package". From click on Choose File and select your export file. Where it says Content click on the All Content dot, then click the red import button.
