Outlook uses your Microsoft account username@goshenschools.org and will require you to sign into mail but also sign in to activate your Outlook license.

Signing into Outlook on a Windows PC

Step 1: Open Outlook. It will either be located on your desktop or in your Start Menu

• You can search for "Outlook" in the lower left search bar if you are having trouble finding it.

Step 2: Email/Username

• Make sure the "Email address is" your Goshen Schools email

• username@goshenschools.org
• Click Connect

Step 3: Password

• Enter your password

Step 4: (First Time Setup)Two Factor Authentication

• You will need to set up Microsoft to send a text with a 6 digit code to you cell phone
• Enter the code that you receive and click verify.
• Once complete click on "Looks Good"

Step 4: Follow the Prompts

• Follow the prompt to complete the sign in to Outlook until you come to "Account successfully added"
• Uncheck the "Set up Outlook Mobile on my phone, too"
• Click Done

Step 5: License

• Accept the license agreement so that your App license is applied
