To be able to track your current tickets you will need to log into the Freshdesk portal.
Freshdesk can either use you Google SSO Login or your Microsoft SSO Login
Instructions for logging into the Freshdesk Portal
Step 1: Click Login
- Click the login button located on the top right corner of the page
Step 2: Choose Login Method
- Click Continue with Google to use your Google @staff.goshenschools.org account to login
- Click Continue with Microsoft Azure to use Microsoft @goshenschools.org account to login
